When it comes to winter drinks we’re all about versatility and finding ways to use your summer stock to create new, delicious drinks your customers will flock to.
After all, nothing says winter menu quite like a hot chocolate, whether it’s flavoured, plain or dressed to the nines, you can’t go wrong with at least one of these cold weather favourites on your menu.
Fudge Brownie Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Original hot chocolate
- 2 pumps Fudge syrup
- Steamed milk
Instructions
- Combine hot chocolate with a splash of hot water.
- Add syrup and mix to a smooth paste.
- Top up with steamed milk, stirring as you pour.
- Top with cream or cold foam and fudge pieces.
Spiced Turmeric Chai
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Spiced chai
- 1 mini scoop Turmeric chai
- Steamed milk
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix powders with a splash of hot water.
- Mix to a smooth paste.
- Top up with steamed milk, stir and serve with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
Caramel Mocha
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dark hot chocolate
- Double espresso
- 1 pump Caramel sauce
- Steamed milk
- Whipped cream
- Dark Chocolate sauce to drizzle
Instructions
- Add the hot chocolate and sauce to a cup with the double espresso.
- Mix to a smooth paste.
- Add steamed milk, stirring as you pour.
- Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of sauce.
Zuma Spanish Latte
Ingredients
- 2 pumps White Chocolate sauce
- Double espresso
- Steamed milk
Instructions
- Combine espresso and sauce in a cup.
- Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour.
