ZUMA SPICED CHAI NOW VEGAN APPROVED

Posted by: Zuma on 9th November 2018 in News

Our latest release for Autumn/Winter is the redevelopment of our Zuma Spiced Chai. The new dairy free recipe means it is now suitable for vegans when used with milk alternatives allowing you more versatility and to cater to all customers. It also has a sugar reduction of 10%.

The new recipe is just as delicious; blending black tea extract with real ginger and cinnamon. It  can be enjoyed as an indulgent chai latte with steamed milk of any type, dairy or milk alternative, and a dusting of cinnamon to finish.

Another important thing to note is the change in scoop size. Due to the different density of the powder, the new chai requires a small (32cc) scoop (rather than the previous medium (43cc) scoop) to deliver a 28g portion. Use our handy scoop guide for reference.
