Hot chocolates are essential on any drinks menu, but when summer hits customers can often shy away from hot drinks and seek a cooling refreshments instead. That doesn’t mean your Zuma Chocolates should be limited to the colder months. Our Hot Chocolates are incredibly versatile and taste great in a whole host of different recipes from Milkshakes to Frappés. We have come up with a few ideas on how to change up your menus for summer and use existing Zuma Hot Chocolate stocks alongside Zuma Frappés.
Cocoberry Shake
- Sweetbird Raspberry & Blackcurrant Smoothie
- 1 scoop of Zuma Yogurt Frappé
- 1 scoop Zuma 100% Cocoa
- Milk
- Sweetbird Raspberry Purée / Zuma Chocolate Sauce for drizzling
Fill glass with ice and pour in Smoothie to ⅓ full. Top with milk. Pour into blender jar, add Yogurt Frappé and 100% Cocoa. Blend until smooth and pour back into cup. Drizzle with Chocolate Sauce or Raspberry Purée for the perfect finish.
Cookie Mocha
- 1 scoop Zuma Cookies and Cream Frappé
- 1 scoop Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate
- Zuma Caramel Sauce
- Double espresso
- Milk
- Ice
Fill cup with ice then top up with milk. Pour into blender jar, add espresso, frappé and chocolate and blend until smooth. Drizzle cup walls with sauce and pour drink back into cup.
Chocolate and Raspberry Gateau
- Sweetbird Raspberry and Blackcurrant Smoothie
- 1 scoop Zuma Fairtrade Dark Hot Chocolate
- 1 scoop Zuma Cookies & Cream Frappé
- Milk
- Ice
Fill cup with ice then add smoothie to half full. Top up with milk and pour into blender jar. Add chocolate and frappé and blend until smooth. Pour back into cup and serve.
Triple Choc Shake
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Frappé
- ½ scoop of Zuma Dark Chocolate
- Zuma Chocolate Sauce
- Milk
- Ice
Fill glass with ice, top up with milk and pour into blender jar. Add frappé and 100% Cocoa, blend until smooth. Drizzle Chocolate Sauce around cup walls before pouring the drink back in.
