How to Prepare It
For a traditional serve, whisk 1 – 2 grams with hot (not boiling) water until smooth and lightly frothy. For lattes, create a smooth paste with a small amount of water before adding steamed dairy or plant milk.

Iced Raspberry Matcha

Ingredients:
- Zuma Classic Ceremonial Matcha
- Raspberry purée or syrup
- Milk
- Ice
Method:
- Add 1 mini scoop matcha and 30ml hot water. Mix until smooth
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add 20ml raspberry purée or syrup
- Pour over 200ml milk
- Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the top and serve
Iced Mango Matcha Spritz

Ingredients:
- Zuma Classic Ceremonial Matcha
- Mango purée or syrup
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Method:
- Add 1 mini scoop matcha and 30ml hot water. Mix until smooth
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add 25ml mango purée or syrup
- Top with 150ml sparkling water
- Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the top and serve
White Hot Chocolate Matcha

Ingredients:
- Zuma Classic Ceremonial Matcha
- Zuma White Hot Chocolate
- Milk
Method:
- Add 1 mini scoop matcha and 30ml hot water. Mix until smooth
- Add 1 scoop (28g) Zuma White Hot Chocolate and stir to combine
- Steam 250ml milk. Add to cup, stirring as you pour
- Serve immediately
